 We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer store credit.

  

Return / Store Credit

You have 7 days calendar days to receive store credit for an item from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Shipping Policy

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 Orders are shipped with a flat rate using Priority USPS or UPS mail.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Fadenyc.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
